The Lynx XV will sit below the 1st & 2nd XVs in the club and play in the Surrey Combination Merit League 4 against other (adult) sides on Saturday afternoons
Any player aged 17 years of age can play (over 18 in the front row)
The team will be mainly formed of U18/19 players with a mix of old lags drafted in for experience, and guidance in the finer arts of senior Rugby (which is really a thinly veiled disguise to attempt to roll back the years and live vicariously through our young blokes)
The Lynx XV will have its own sponsored club shirt
The Lynx players will train with the full senior squad on Thurday nights under the direction of our head coach Mark Chandler & Colin Lloyd.
Any player considered good enough to play in the 1st XV will be selected to play there regardless of age, team etc
Players will graduate to the 2nd and 1st XVs as their game matures and it is expected that no player will spend longer than 2 seasons in the Lynx XV as the new crop will be coming through.

We will be competing in a home and away format against the following Clubs for the Surrey Combination 4 title.
