Gary Douch is the Club coaching Co-Ordinator.
This appointment is vital in our drive to continually improve the overall standard of coaching accross our Youth rugby and Gary who is an RFU Level 2 coach will be offering his help to all the coaches to make sure that they have as much support as the need to improve themselves and their squads.
Gary has taught rugby at several schools including Donhead in Wimbledon and St James in Twickenham as well as working with the Surrey U14 Development squads.
Gary also coaches the U16's and coached the successful seniors squads for the 2010/11 season which included both teams being promoted.
