Welcome to the Under 12s Home Page!

Having just had a fantastic season at U11, we hope this new season will be even better!

With a big squad we will be sending out A's and B's this season so players of all standards can be sure of finding their level and we welcome all new players warmly.

With the A team winning the Camberley festival and finishing runners up in the end of season tournament in the West Country against some of the best English and Welsh sides this is a squad really going places so come and join and be part of it!

U12’s bring home the bacon yet again!

Both the 11 A’s and 12 A’s and B’s received a late invite to join in the “Waverley” festival at Guildford RFC on Sunday and yet again the U12 A’s came, saw and conquered, beating Haslemere, Old Guildfordians, Cranleigh and Guildford and drawing a fierce match with big rivals Farnham to win the competition on tries scored over Farnham who had also won all their other matches.

The backs played up to their usual high standard and some of their handling was a joy to watch but it was the display of the forwards, with 2 key players missing, that caught the eye as they made sure they served up lots of great ball for the backs to work with.

Praise also for the undefeated U12 B’s who also put in an eye catching performance in coming runners up in their competition, winning 1 and drawing 2 of their 3 matches. The 2nd half against Haslemere showed the spirit and talent as they came back from a try down, playing uphill to equalize in the last minute!

Brand new kit available

The club now has its very own shop selling Old Ruts kit and leisureware along with a full selection of equipment (Body Armour, Skins, Scrum Caps, Mouth Guards) for all your Rugby needs (with the exception of boots).

The youth section has a new jersey for this season which is in stock in the shop. We will still be selling and using our black change/training strip.

The shop is open from 9.00am before all Minis Sunday home fixtures and training sessions and remains open after training has finished.
