Welcome to the Under 13s Home Page.

This is the year we leave the minis and enter the Surrey junior leagues and with a big squad we are putting out an A team in Division 3 and a B team in Division 6. With 2 sides any new starters will be able to find plenty of competitive rugby and all are welcome to come down.

Training starts on Sunday September 4th 2011 and the first 4 weeks are free of charge taster sessions...

Please feel free to make contact before then with Team Manager Elaine Harrison over the Summer to make yourself known and to keep in touch with any pre season training evenings.

News

U13’s power on up…

The U13 A team followed up their slightly nervy first victory with a much more convincing 54-14 win at Weybridge Vandals to keep them firmly on top of Surrey Division 3. Much work had been done on the areas identified for improvement and coach Stacia Long was a much happier bunny after this one!

Last weekend also saw the Surrey Division 6 Debut for the U13 B team who came away with a hard fought 27 – 19 victory over London Irish C’s, an excellent performance as London Irish are by far the biggest and most professional team competing in the Surrey leagues at the moment.

Brand new kit available

The club now has its very own shop selling Old Ruts kit and leisureware along with a full selection of equipment (Body Armour, Skins, Scrum Caps, Mouth Guards) for all your Rugby needs (with the exception of boots).

The youth section has a new jersey for this season which is in stock in the shop. We will still be selling and using our black change/training strip.

The shop is open from 9.00am before all Minis Sunday home fixtures and training sessions and remains open after training has finished.
